1. My cable is not working when I plug it in with my chargers or devices.
The reversible Micro-B connector does require a bit more force than normal Micro-B connector to get it seated all the way into the phone’s Micro-B USB port. There should be a very noticeable “clicked in” feel.
On the other end, the reversible Type-A connector also needs to be pushed into the USB port all the way too, but because of its reversible Type-A design, it won’t have the “clicked in” feel like a normal Type A connector.
It may take a couple of tries to get used to the feel that one connector end has the “clicked in” feel while the other end does not. Either way, please make sure that both ends of the connectors are plugged in fully.
